The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take legal action against the accused persons in case FIR No.129 dated 2.3.2013 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/506/120-B IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 – Superintendent of Police, Mewat, to look into the grievance, as detailed in Annexure P-2 and subsequent representations, of the petitioner and redress the same in accordance with law.
