The only prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for a direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to submit the inquiry report conducted by ADCP Crime, Ludhiana - respondent No.4, in case FIR No.226 dated 3.11.2011 registered under Sections 307/379/506/148/149 IPC wherein offence under Section 302 IPC has been added later on.
Present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 – ADCP, Crime Range, Ludhiana, that if he has conducted any inquiry, report shall be forwarded to the competent court expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
