Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 24.08.2011, registered at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, Tehsil Batala, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 307/326/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned State counsel after seeking instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh states that injured is still in coma and serious injury received on the head has been attributed to the petitioner.
