Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of criminal complaint No. 30339/2011 dated 21.10.2009 (Annexure P-1) titled 'Venus Remedies Ltd. and another versus Raghav Bahl and others' under Section 499, 500, 501, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (' IPC ' for short) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including the summoning order dated 17.2.2011 (Anneuxre P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners tender their unconditional apology to the respondents.

Complaint No. 30339/2011 dated 21.10.2009 (Annexure P-1) titled 'Venus Remedies Ltd. and another versus Raghav Bahl and others' under Section 499, 500, 501, 120-B IPC and all the consequential proceedings, arising therefrom including the summoning order dated 17.2.2011 (Anneuxre P-2), are quashed.
