Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of criminal complaint No. 30339/2011 dated 21.10.2009 (Annexure P-1) titled 'Venus Remedies Ltd. and another versus Raghav Bahl and others' under Section 499, 500, 501, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (' IPC ' for short) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including the summoning order dated 17.2.2011 (Anneuxre P-2).

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners tender their unconditional apology to the respondents.

In view of the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection if the complaint in question is ordered to be quashed.

Offence under Section 500 IPC is compoundable.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
