Petitioner-Ramesh Rani is widow of Late Madan Lal, son of Munshi Ram-respondent No.10. She is residing on the first floor of the house along with her children. She claimed that this house was given to her by way of partition in a suit for permanent injunction vide order dated 16.8.2012. The defendants had been restrained from interfering or dispossessing the plaintiff from the suit

Crl. Misc. No. M-14830 of 2011 (O&M) property forcibly and illegally.
The petitioners by way of this petition have sought direction to respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioners on the behest of respondents No.5 to 11 as petitioner No.1 along with her children are in possession of the first floor of the house after the death of her husband.
After going through the order dated 16.8.2012, this petition is being disposed of at this stage by giving liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application in case respondents No. 5 to 11 pose any threat or harassment qua possession over the disputed property pending litigation.
