At the very outset, learned State counsel, on the instruction from ASI Nazar Singh, has stated that the police has already prepared the un-traced report to cancel the present criminal case.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners intends to withdraw the instant petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
Needless to mention that if the cancellation report is not accepted, then the petitioners would be at liberty to file fresh petition, to quash the impugned FIR (Annexure P-1), on the basis of compromise, in
accordance with law.
