The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondents no. 2 & 3 not to harass, humiliate and interfere in the matrimonial life of the petitioners at the instance of respondents No. 4 to 8.

It has been pleaded that the petitioner No.1 was born on 25.10.1994, whereas the petitioner No.2 was born on 24.12.1992 and both are major. The certificates issued by the Board of School Education Haryana of petitioner No.1 & 2 have been appended as Annexures P-1 & P-2 respectively in proof of their date of birth. It is pleaded that they got married on 10.4.2013 and photographs of the marriage are appended as Annexure P-3. Representation dated 10.4.2013 (Annexure P-4) was made by them to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtakrespondent No.2 for providing security at the hands of the private respondents and his relatives.

After hearing counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the validity of the marriage and the age of the petitioners and keeping in view the binding precedent of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lata Singh vs. State of U.P. And another, 2006 (2) SCC (Criminal) 478, the present petition is disposed of with directions to respondents no. 2 & 3 to look into the matter and take necessary action in accordance with law and provide protection, if required.
