Instant petition has been filed seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents no.4 to 7. The petitioners assert that they are major and as there is no legal impediment, they have got married. They have already moved a representation (Annexure P-5) to respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurgaon, for protecting their life and liberty.
On 10.04.2013, the following order was passed by this Court:
“ Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners seek protection of their life and

liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. Petitioner no.2, who is present in Court, states that he will produce FDR for a sum of Rs.2.00 lacs for three years in favour of petitioner no.1 on the next date fixed.
Notice of motion for 12.4.2013.
In the meantime, petitioners may not be arrested.”
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in compliance of order dated 10.04.2013, petitioner no.2 has deposited the entire amount i.e. Rs.2 lacs in the form of FDR for three years in favour of petitioner no.1. A photocopy of receipt, filed in Court, is taken on record.
Keeping in view the above, the instant petition is disposed of and liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurgaon for protection, as per instructions dated 21.02.2011 issued by the Home Department, Haryana. Petitioners may not be arrested and adequate security be provided to them, if required.
