The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of FIR No.62 dated 26.5.2011 (Annexure P/1) under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings by compounding the offences on the basis of compromise dated 23.02.2013 (Annexure P/3).
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the present petition has become infructuous as the main case has since been decided by the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn as rendered infructuous.
