The petitioner seeks the concession of regular bail in a case, registered on the basis of a secret information that the petitioner along with others was planning to commit dacoity. He was apprehended two days after the registration of the FIR. He has been in custody since 27.1.2013
Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of CJM, Ludhiana.
