The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No. 15 dated 24.1.2012, registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga, under Sections 420, 406, 465, 468, 471, 120-B IPC.
Earlier, petitioner had approached this Court vide Crl. Misc. No.M-15281 of 2012. Detailed order was passed while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner. It was specifically held that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary since he is involved in forging and fabricating the documents. No new grounds are forthcoming on the basis of which case can be reconsidered.
Dismissed.
