Instant petition has been filed seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents No.4 to 7. The petitioners assert that they are major and as there is no legal impediment, they have got married. They have already moved a representation dated 21.03.2013 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, for protecting their life and liberty.
On 02.04.2013, the following order was passed by this Court: “ Learned Counsel for the petitioners has shown me copy
of three year TD pass book issued by a post office located at Nakodar. The concerned Post Office is directed that this amount shall not be released for a period of three years from the date of receipt and a copy of this be sent to the Post Master, Grade-I,

Nakodar, SO No.80820546 for strict compliance.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that another
FDR in the sum of Rs.2.00 lacs in the name of petitioner No.1 for a three year term shall be got prepared within next 15 days.
Adjourned to 25.4.2013.
In the meantime, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach respondent no.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar for protection, as per instructions dated 18.08.2010 issued by the Home Department, Punjab. Petitioners may not be arrested and adequate security be provided to them, if required.”
Petitioner No.2 states that in compliance of order dated 02.04.2013, he has deposited the entire amount i.e ` 2 lacs in the form of FDR for three years in favour of petitioner no.1. A photocopy of receipt, filed in Court, is taken on record.
Keeping in view the above, the order dated 02.04.2013 is made
absolute.
