The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No.192 dated 8.10.2012 registered under Sections 323/324/326/427/148/149/506 IPC at Police Station Jhabhal, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran.
Heard.
There are serious allegations against the petitioner. Petitioner was accompanied by other persons, who have caused grievous injuries, which resulted in commission of offence under Section 326 IPC. Although injury attributed to the petitioner is on the backside of the hand with a stick but he was part of an unlawful assembly which was armed with deadly weapons and caused grievous injuries.
