8.00 P.M. I and my mother's sister's son namely Bhupinder Kumar son of Hari Ram Sharma, resident of Dhankawali Gali, Noharia Bazar, Sirsa had come to Bombaywali Gali for purchasing goods and were talking to Nirmal Kumar while sitting with him in the shop. Naresh Kumar, owner of the shop was also present there. In the meantime, Rakesh alias Border son of Kartar Singh Arora arrived at the shop of Naresh Kumar. He was followed by Vikram son of Lila Dhar and immediately on arrival, Vikram had remarked that you Nirmal would be taught a lesson for addressing him as Nawa. They were accompanied by two other young boys. Vikram had called Nirmal outside his shop and they all the four attacked Nirmal with knives and the knife blows hit on his both hands, nose, ear, near the mouth, head, back and neck and thereafter, they all the four dragged Nirmal to some distance. We the three i.e. myself, Bhupinder Kumar and Naresh Kumar rescued Nirmal Kumar from the clutches of the assailants and they all the four ran away from the spot with their respective weapons. Thereafter, I, Bhupinder Kumar and Naresh Kumar took Nirmal Kumar to Civil Hospital, Sirsa for treatment. Rakesh alia Barder, Vikram and two other unknown persons had attacked my brother Nirmal Kumar with the knives with the intention to kill him and injured him. Legal action be initiated against these four.
