Tenant is in revision aggrieved against the order dated 12.7.2013 (P.1) passed by the learned Rent Controller, Ludhiana whereby her leave to contest to the eviction application filed by the specified landlady under Section 13-A of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 has been declined on the ground of limitation and her eviction ordered from the demised premises.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
