Tenant was in revision assailing the order dated 7.5.2013 (P.4) passed by the learned Rent Controller, Chandigarh whereby the provisional assessment of rent was made at the rate of Rs.18000/- per month for the demised premises payable w.e.f May 2009 till 26.7.2012 along with interest and costs.
This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 29.5.2013 had granted partial exemption from depositing the payment of rent at the said rate.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the present revision has become infructuous in view of the ejectment petition filed by the landlord having been decided by the learned Rent Controller vide order dated 23.7.2013.
Dismissed as infructous.
