The wife is challenging the order dated 1.5.2013(P4)
passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kurukshetra whereby her application for maintenance pendente lite under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 in the pending petition filed for restitution of conjugal rights filed by her-wife, has been dismissed.
At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present revision petition with permission to file a fresh one at the appropriate stage with better particulars.
Ordered accordingly.
