Present contempt petition has been filed by Bimla Devi daughter of one Kamla Devi alleging that the respondents have violated the interim order dated 25.7.2003 by taking forcible possession of the suit land. It is claimed that the mother of the petitioner namely Smt.Kamla Devi had filed RSA No.3897/2000 aggrieved against the judgement and decree dated 30.7.1998 passed by the trial court dismissing the suit of plaintiff Kamla Devi and the decree dated 4.9.2002 whereby even the appeal of plaintiff-Kamla Devi was dismissed.

order dated 25.7.2003(P2) was passed whereby while admitting the appeal the parties were directed to maintain status quo regarding possession. Since the said Kamla Devi died on 22.6.2005, the petitioner alongwith her sister Paramjit Kaur were brought on record as legal representatives of Kamla Devi. It is stated that subsequently on 11.9.2011 the respondents/defendants alongwith five unknown persons trespassed into the suit property and took possession of the land.
This Court vide order dated 28.9.2011 had directed the hearing of the present contempt petition alongwith RSA No.3897/2000.
It is conceded before this Court that vide order of even date the said RSA No.3897/2000 has been disposed of as having become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, no further orders
are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition.
