The petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of the directions issued on 07.09.2012 in CWP No. 17499 of 2012, for disposal of the legal notice issued by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
Reply by way of short affidavit of Dr. Kamal Kumar, Director of Public Instruction (Secondary Education), Punjab, dated 18.03.2013, filed in Court is taken on record. Along with the reply, order dated 14.03.2013 has been annexed vide which the legal notice of the petitioner has been disposed of. For the delay, unconditional apology has been tendered.
In view of the order passed by the competent authority in terms of the directions issued by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of his appropriate remedy against the order dated 14.03.2013 in accordance with law.
Ordered accordingly.
