Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record an order passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) CC 5316/2013 State of Punjab and another vs Satnam Singh and others dated 11.3.2013, and other connected Special Leave Petitions wherein while condoning the delay and issuing notice, operation of the impugned judgment has been stayed.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the present contempt petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to get the same revived in case the petitioners are held entitled to any relief which is not granted in terms of final judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court.
