Vide order dated 19.10.2012, a direction was issued to respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 2.8.2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order for counting the daily wage service of the petitioner as Toll Post Mohrar. Vide Annexure R1 dated 10.9.2013, the claim of the petitioner has been considered and it has been decided to grant him all the benefits of past service except seniority.
In view of the claim of the petitioner having already been considered, this petition has become infructuous.
Disposed of as having rendered infructuous without prejudice to the legal rights of the petitioner accruing on account of his daily wage service.
