Gratuity of Rs.5,76,527/- having already been paid by sending the same to the Treasury, this petition seems to have become infructuous.
So far as direction to conclude the inquiry proceedings pending against the petitioner within a period of six months after the receipt of copy of the order is concerned, it has been informed that it was only on the request of the petitioner being not well, that the proceedings before the disciplinary authority were deferred.

This petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous at this stage. the order of this Court having been complied with. It will be open to the petitioner to approach this Court again in case of her grievance regarding the non-conclusion of the inquiry proceedings or on account of the amount being with-held on account of the lapses on the part of the concerned officials for the release/ disbursement of the amount.
