Counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one by demonstrating that persons, who were higher in merit to the petitioners and have opted for their Home Districts, have been actually posted in their Home Districts by the respondents whereas the claim of the petitioners has not been granted by the respondents to them despite there being vacancies available in the districts which they have opted for.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
