The petitioner and her husband Om Parkash both are accused in this FIR. The deceased and the petitioner are stated to be closely related. Deceased is the elder brother of the father of Om Parkash, husband of the petitioner. The said FIR has been lodged by the son of the deceased who is the cousin of the husband of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the role scribed to the petitioner. As per the allegations, Om Parkash had given lathi blow on the head of the deceased. Petitioner is attributed a lathi blow on the right arm of the deceased. Statedly, there is no injury on the right arm of the deceased and cause of death is head injury. The deceased died after two days of hospitalization. Petitioner is a lady. She is in custody since 13.09.2011. Recording the prosecution
