Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the respondents passing the order of dismissal of petitioner from service, which has been challenged in CWP No. 4295 of 1994, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner, however, wants to refer to the documents filed in this case, in the main petition to challenge his dismissal. The petitioner may file those documents in the main writ petition. This writ petition is disposed of having infructuous.
