Petitioner having been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C., to face trial as an additional accused apprehending arrest has filed the present petition.
Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial Court.
In view of said circumstances, the petitioner can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail as the liberty seems to have not been misused to tamper with the evidence.
The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 24.5.2012, is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds already furnished under the interim orders and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
