On the asking of the Court, Mr.Harish Rathee, learned Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that he has no objection to the disposal of the main case and issuance of the direction as has been prayed for in the application.

Without going into merits of the case or commenting thereon, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Engineer-in-Chief, Haryana, PWD, Public Health-respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioners as has been recommended by Superintending Engineer, Public Health Circle, Sonepat-respondent No.3 vide letter dated 10.10.2011 (Annexure A-3) and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith.
