The prayer made in this writ petition is for issuance of directions by way of a writ in the nature of mandamus to respondent no. 2 to consider the petitioner for the tender floated by the respondents for handling the food grains.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the respondents by making a representation. He, however, states that a time bound direction be issued to the respondents to decide the representation.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondents highlighting the grievance as raised in this petition and in case, such a representation is filed, respondents shall decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
