The petitioner has approached this court seeking quashing of Annexure P-13, with a further prayer for a direction to the respondents to grant the pay scale of 2,200-4,250 with initial start of 2,400/- with effect from 1.1.1986 and consequential benefits.
In support of his arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the claim made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgment of this court passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 14980 of 2003 Ramesh Kumar vs Bhakra Beas Management Board and another decided on 23.3.2012.
Learned counsel for the respondents very fairly stated that claim made by the petitioner is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment.
After considering the stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of Ramesh Kumar' s case (supra).
