The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid salary for the month of July, 2012 and further medical re-imbursement bill submitted by him on 7.7.2012 has not been cleared. The salary for the month of July, 2012 would fall due only on 31.7.2012. The petitioner without approaching any higher authority in the department or the government has filed the present petition in this court on 1.8.2012, which is pre-mature.
Dismissed.
