The prayer made in this writ petition is to cancel the auction notice which has been issued by the respondents on 25.08.2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed
to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents and file a representation projecting the points raised herein in this petition. He further states that in case a representation is filed, a time bound direction be issued to the respondents to decide the same.
Dismissed as withdrawn. In case any representation is filed,
the respondents shall take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.
