The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the difference of service benefits available to him on account of revision of pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.2006.
Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submitted that the entire amount due to the petitioner after the revision of the pay scales has been paid and the prayer made in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
