Learned DAG, Haryana has produced in Court the muster rolls and the record of the payments made to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner was given time to examine the record of the muster rolls and then to return to the Court to make submissions. She, during the lunch break has examined the muster rolls and states that they are authentic, true and correct.
In view of the record now produced and that the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with that record as being true and correct, nothing survives in this petition which is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
