The prayer made in the petition is for restoration of the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under the Contempt of Courts Act which were dismissed for want of prosecution.
There is nothing on record to show that the respondents have committed any disobedience of the Court order as the petitioner has not placed on record copy of the contempt petition or any other material to support his case.
