The petitioners have approached this Court for modification of order dated 20.06.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (for short 'DRAT'), Delhi whereby the petitioners had been granted last opportunity till 20.07.2012 for depositing the pre-deposit amount. The DRAT, vide order dated 19.03.2012 had directed the petitioners to deposit 25% of the amount claimed in the notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Secured Interest Act, 2002. Further the DRAT had allowed adjustment of any amount received by the secured creditors in respect of the loan after the issue of notice of demand towards the payment of the amount of pre-deposit. The petitioners had earlier approached this Court by way of CWP No. 9131 of 2012 which was dismissed on 24.05.2012 upholding the order dated 19.03.2012. The DRAT thereafter,
