On May 30, 2012, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are prepared to pay `2,00,000 to discharge their liability and he sought time to produce demand draft for the same. The case was accordingly adjourned for 01.06.2012. On 01.06.2012, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners are unable to arrange the money as stated by them on 30.05.2012 and the case was adjourned for today.
Today, despite the case having been called twice, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners nor any draft has been produced.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
