The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking appointment to the post of Physical Training Master under the Department of Education, State of Punjab. Challenge has also been raised to the selection and appointment of respondent No.4 namely, Gurpreet Singh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a submission that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction be issued to respondent No.3 to treat the instant writ petition itself as a representation and thereby to consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of directing respondent No.3 to treat the present writ petition itself as a representation and take final decision thereupon strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
