This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that directions be issued to respondents No.1 to 4 to take action against respondent No.9 and others who had given illegal call for strike to the Conductors and Drivers of Haryana Roadways on 3.5.2012.
There is nothing on record to show that respondent No.9 had actually participated in the strike and brought the buses to hault by arranging a dharna on the road. Further, there is nothing on record to show that he had caused any damage to public property. Against those who were actually present at the spot and creating some nuisance, action has already been taken. It has also been brought to our notice that the General Manager, Haryana Roadways has issued a letter to the higher authorities to initiate departmental action against those who had

participated in the strike. It goes without saying that higher authorities will take appropriate action against all those who had participated in the strike and created hurdles in running of buses.
Since appropriate action, as stated above, in the matter has already been initiated/taken by the authorities concerned, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication which is disposed of accordingly.
