Mr. Sharma has put in appearance today and has placed before me a communication dated 29.3.2012, whereby the Election Programme of the Private Teachers Cooperative House Building First Society Limited has been approved. Sh. Amarjit Singh, Inspector Grade-I(G), Cooperative Societies, U.T., Chandigarh and Sh. Malkiat Singh, Inspector Grade-II(G) have been appointed as Returning Officers/Pooling Officers. The election is to be held as per list of Chandigarh Housing Board, Chandigarh or as per the change in the list of members in compliance of notifications/orders dated 7.2.2008, 15.8.2008, 2.3.2009, 1.4.2009, 8.7.2009 and 31.12.2010. It is also mentioned that original allottee members at Sr. Nos.5, 7, 10, 12 and 21 of the list of members may also be allowed to contest/caste their votes in the election of the society, subject to the outcome of the revision petition pending before the Hon'ble Court of Adviser to the Administrator for decision. This notice for election has also been published in two dailies including one Hindi daily (English Tribune/Indian Express, Hindi- Dainik Bhaskar/ Amar Ujala). Copy of the said communication is kept on record and is marked as 'Y'.
