Vide letter dated 15.03.2012, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala has reported that convict has left the village about 17-18 years earlier and his no other particulars could be collected in the village and surety Satya Parkash son of Hans Raj has also expired on 11.01.2010.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
