Vide this order I intend to dispose of three petitions bearing Crl.M.No. M-9162 of 2012 titled as Harjap Singh vs. State of Punjab

and another, Crl.M.No. M- 9397 of 2012 titled as Hardeep Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others and Crl.M.No. M-9544 of 2012 titled as Jagat Singh and another vs. State of Punjab and others, as all these petitions arise out of same occurrence.

These three petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed for quashing FIR No. 1 dated 9.4.2010, under Sections 452, 323, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Kiratpur Sahib, Tehsil Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar and cross version vide DDR No. 21 dated 9.4.2010, under Sections 342, 323, 325, 34 IPC recorded in the abovesaid FIR, on the basis of compromise.

The report of the trial Court was called for. The report has been received in which it is mentioned that parties have arrived at a compromise.

So, in view of authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052 the compromise is allowed. Cross version has been added vide DDR No. 21 dated 9.4.2010. So, the abovesaid FIR and cross version stands quashed. Further proceedings, in pursuant to that FIR and cross version also stand quashed.
