The application for grant of leave to appeal has been filed by the 'victim' against the acquittal of respondent No.1 by the learned Sessions Judge, Amritsar for the offences under Sections 376, 379, 420 and 506 Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the State has not filed any application seeking leave to appeal against the acquittal of respondent No.1.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the application seeking leave to appeal.
In the facts and circumstances, the prayer is allowed and
the application seeking leave to appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
