Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Raj of Police Station, Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran, submits that on the basis of an application moved by the petitioners, an inquiry is pending before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, therefore, the investigating agency is not intending to arrest the petitioners at this stage.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition at this stage. Disposed of.
