On application under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, notice was issued to the petitioners vide order dated September 30, 2010 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana. Quashing of the said order has been sought by filing the present petition.
Learned counsel for the parties have urged that the matter between the parties has been compromised.
Balwinder Singh-respondent has appeared in the court and stated at bar that he shall withdraw the complaint filed by him against the petitioners.
In face of it, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
It is ordered accordingly.
