counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to move an application for regular bail after his appearance before the learned Area Judicial Magistrate.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. If the regular bail application is presented by the petitioner after he surrenders before the trial court, the same shall be decided at the earliest.
