On 5.11.2009, this court directed the petitioner to appear before the court and submit interim bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court. The petition is pending since then. None is appearing for the petitioner. In between, this petition was ordered to be heard with CRM-M No.21127 of 2010. That petition is not fixed. The disposal thereof is also not known. Since the interim arrangement has continued for all these years, it will not be appropriate now to change the position.
Interim order passed on 5.11.2009 is made absolute. The petitioner shall apply for regular bail in case he has so far not been granted bail by the trial Court.
