The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') seeking regular bail in case FIR No.820 dated 17.12.2011, registered under Sections 323, 324, 332, 353, 186, 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, (for short, 'the IPC') at Police Station City Jind.
The learned counsel, inter alia, contends that all the members of the family, including the petitioner, are is custody. The petitioner has only been attributed lalkara and holding hand of the deceased. The petitioner also suffered injuries. The petitioner did not

misuse the concession of ad interim bail and she herself surrendered.
On the other hand, the learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner played active role in the commission of offence.
Heard.
Challan has been presented in the Court. The trial is in progress. The offence alleged is of serious nature. The petitioner has been named in the FIR and ascribed specific role of causing injuries to EHC Raj Kumar. No case for grant of bail is made out at this stage.
