The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of impugned order dated 6.8.2012 (Annexure P-3), passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nabha in a complainant case No.95 dated 20.8.2004, whereby the evidence of the petitioner/complainant was closed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had furnished the list of witnesses alongwith the diet money for summoning them. He further submits that only two witnesses remain to be examined and those are the official witnesses. They had never been served.
On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has already availed of many opportunities.
Heard and perused.

The matter pertains to the year 2004. The petitioner / complainant has already availed of numerous opportunities including the last opportunity to conclude his evidence. From the perusal of the zimni orders, it reveals that on so many dates, the case was adjourned on the request of the complainant/petitioner. After having gone through the entire record, this Court finds no ground to grant any opportunity to the petitioner to conclude his evidence. Dismissed.
