As per allegation of the prosecution, 615 bags of rice were loaded in two trucks bearing registration Nos. PB06-G-9755 and PB06-H-2255, driven by the petitioner and Mahadev and entrusted by the contractor for transferring the same to Rajouri (J&K). Those trucks did not reach there and FIR was registered by the contractor. Ultimately, the said rice was recovered from Kishore Chand. Kishore Chand has been allowed the concession of bail by this Court vide order dated 6.7.2012 passed in Crl.M.No. M-18436 of 2012.
The petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2012 in the present case. The goods have been recovered. The trial is not likely to be concluded at an early date.
So, bail is granted to petitioner Sukhdev Singh @ Sukha, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
